Watching coverage yesterday Brendan Foster repeatedly mentions Fagan "changing his training set up" Fagan also mentioned it post race. Has he left the group or just changed his approach?

what race coverage?
Fagan was 3rd in the great Ireland Run in 29:35 (10K).
He isn't listed on the McMillan Elite web site anymore.
He needs more tattoos.
How long until Lemoncello follows his lead?
Keith Kelly is his new coach

Probably shortly after another lousy performance in London this weekend.

I hope this is true, Kelly would make a great coach and if Athletics Ireland had half a brain would hire him and Mark Carrol to coach their distance runners. Also make all Athletic Ireland supported($) athletes train together in the homeland not in USA, a la Cragg.
does mcmillan care more about the actual mcmillan elite group and those who carry his name in their results? i know andrew carlson left mcmillan and it seems like james carney left him also.
He wouldn't be on the McMillan Elite roster, as they are adidas, and he's Reebok.
He's still on the Team USA Arizona roster:

Not entirely sure how up to date that is since it says Fagan "now has his sights set on the Beijing Olympics."
Report of Great Ireland Run 2011 in which Fagan finished 3rd. The change will suit Fagan
Agree 100%. The move will be good for Fagan because Kelly will get him right mentally given how positive he always is. He and Mark Carroll talk about running with such passion that one conversation makes you believe you can win an Olympic medal. And I'm a jogger!
Fagan and Kelly are mates so I'd say its more of an advisory role. Kelly should be working for athletics Ireland. They need young blood like him and Carroll although not sure how much more carroll could handle in addition to his coaching at Auburn University. Good move by Fagan all the same, he has been static for a few years.
Fagan and Dave Bedford confirmed a few times in the broadcast & post race interview that Keith Kelly is his new coach. Makes some sense as Kelly is the Reebok rep and Fagan is Reebok. I don't know the arrangements but possibly puts him in with the Run Providence group managed by Ray Treacy which is presently mostly female but fairly star studded with Molly Huddle, Mary Cullen, Kim Smith and Roisin McGettigan.
Mary Cullen left Treacy and is in Ireland now.

Adidas owns Reebok so there would be no conflict.
Videos of the Great Ireland Run 2011 which included Fagan finishing 3rd also the Womens race.
