I recently got a pair of Asics Gt 2150's and theyre great. The thing is, my shins and feet feel so strained in them. I guess this is because I was used to lunarflys and kinvaras for 4 months. It just feels like I can't midfoot strike in those clunky trainers.
It was so bad that instead of 8 miles at 6:45 pace I did 6 at 7:35 and took a 1 min walk break after 2 miles because the tops of my feet and my shins were so strained.
Anyone else have this probelm? Or do I jus thave to relearn how to midfoot strike in them.
