I think the Lunarglide is lower to the ground. Not sure though.
Anyone else?
I have wondered the same thing. Does anyone know?
Lunar Eclipse is more plush, cushy ride and also a little more stable. And yes I think a little more heel height than the Glide. Kinda like the difference between the DS Trainer and the Kayano.
Eclipse is the more supportive, stable, and cushioned cousin to the Glide. The upper is designed to offer more support through extended use of Flywire in the midfoot and the floating molded heel counter. The heel counter on Eclipse is activated with each heel strike so that is wraps the foot. The molded heel counter on Glide is static.
Eclipse brings a noticeable increase of soft cushioning in the forefoot. If you have the shoe in hand, turn it over and you will notice that the core cushlon foam extends to form the forefoot lugs. They are then capped off with rubber for durability. The difference is very noticeable underfoot. Simply put, the rush is quite a bit more plush than Glide; almost Vomero-like.
