Happy New Year.
I am not sure what it is you are asking. I have worn Brookes conquest flats for at least the last 10 years for racing. My training shoes are ones that I have won in races, the majority New Balance or Brookes.
Happy New Year.
Hi Mr. Whitlock
Just jumping in to say what an inspiration you are Mr. Whitlock. I have gone through setback after setback and every time I just look at your photo in my workout area and jump back on the saddle. Honestly, you are probably more inspirational than you truly believe. I just hit my 40's and have had many things happen from torn meniscus, both knees, to on and off muscle knots in my achilles and lower left calf. I get up to an hour and a half and bam, it happens again. Start stop, start stop, but never quit. Thanks for inspiring me Mr. Whitlock that I have hope. You da man Ed and Happy New Years to you and your family.

Maybe I've been fortunate but I have found that my injuries cure themselves with some time off and some patience plus some modifications in training where they seem indicated. Hope you overcome yours, all the best for the New Year.
