If longevity means anything to you, the Boston's will last a lot longer than the Mizuno's.
Anyone else?
Well, I've never worn the Boston 2's....but I wore the original Boston's. And I'm now running in the Precision 11's.
If you have high arches, I would highly recommend the Precisions. They're the first shoe I've worn that feel like they conform to my foot and hug my arch. I disagree with the poster that said the Precisions won't last long. Mine have ~600 miles on them right now and will easily go another 400 or so miles.
My recommendation: Precision 11
I bought 3 pairs of Wave Precision 10's (previous version) early last year. Pair #1 has at least 2000 miles on them (almost all treadmill & dirt/grass use). I pulled out pair #2 about a month before running the Seattle Marathon in Nov, broke them in, and ran the SM in them. I can't tell that pair #2 is that much superior to #1. Cushioning is slightly better, especially right under the ball of the foot.
Anyway, now I'm back to running in pair #1 since I don't consider them worn out yet. When the uppers start to go, or the tread wears down too much, I'll retire them.
Pair #3 is still in storage. I run 50-70 miles per week. I'm going to get a pair of Wave Universes for a big 12K race in May.

I used to buy new shoes before I reached 500 miles. I Just passed 800 miles in precision 10's and I can only peg the longevity to gradually transitioning to a more forward foot strike and I'm not a tiny guy.
