What are good spikes for myself since I over pronate quite a bit.
Any recommendations! I'm open to everything. To an extent.

How long are your races?
Why do you think you need spikes that correct pronation for races?

I race the 800 and up so I was thinking about just getting long distance spikes like the
Asics hyper LD
Nike Milers
Either of those but what I was wondering since I over pronate a lot
If that would be a prOblem in those spikes.
Any recommendatiOns for spikes in the 800 and up?
Look for one with a little bit of room and you can add an insert. Superfeet would be one example - the yellow version is designed to be small and narrow for racing shoes, but still gives some arch support.
eh - I say don't worry about it. Just run. Who cares if you pronate for 2 minutes or 5 minutes or 10 minutes?
