By using the search engine on here, I have been able to find some threads saying that the Nike Free's can help strengthen and lengthen out the achilles over time. People also said that it helped them rid their achilles tendonitis. I have been training in the Asics Gel Cumulus 12's and would like to slowly work into the Nike Free's but don't know which version to get. I run 60mpw usually and have only been getting about 300mi out of each pair of Asics. Also, if it helps, I dont heel-strike, weigh 155 and am 6'1. Any help would be great
