Karla Del Grande. Born 1953. She has pretty fast wheels. Seems to run a 28 second 200m every year for the last 10 years.

Generally true of my training shoes. I did buy these Mizunos in 1996 as a racing flat when I was having achilles problems.
I think I only ran one race in them then and one this year. I have used them since 1996 as warm up and travelling shoes. A duty they performed today when I went to the Run for the Diamonds, Berwick Pa. Maybe one should buy Mizunos, they seem to last! My racing flats are Brookes conquest of about the same vintage but I have used several pairs of those
