The GS is more curved and not as "snug" throughout. Less medial support.
I love my Green Silence, but there is a bit too much room in the toebox. Also tend to come untied much more often that my other shoes.
Wasn't there a thread the other day where somebody e-Raged about the topic of shoes coming untied? I've heard the lacing on the GS isn't very conducive to being tied as well as what people are used to, but can't you still knot the shoe several times?

LR is one of the softest rides available in a racing shoe, GS is one of the firmest. Night and day difference between the two.
It tends to not be an issue unless I'm running a full out effort, then once it loosens up I realize I forgot to really tie it down. Hopefully it won't be an issue any longer but new people to the shoe be advised.
