Right now I wear Saucony Progrid C2 Glides. I don't have many injuries but I would like to be a more durable runner and less prone to injury even though it's not much of a problem ( I have had a few injuries). I want to ease into training in racing flats. I'm in no real hurry and I just don't want to get injured from making to much of a transition. The Glides weigh 11.8 oz and the kinvaras weigh 7.7 oz. Can I run in the kinvaras every other run for a while so my feet get used to them before I run in them exclusively? Other than calf soreness or whatever will this be safe?
