Curious of your thoughts on feel and wear of the Kinvaras?? I know the heel is lower. Is everyone happy with using this shoe as an everyday trainer or more for just faster work outs?

I use it as a tempo shoe, and for road intervals. I've worn it up to 18 miles. I've never tried wearing it as an everyday shoe, but I imagine it would work for for that, assuming you're a pretty light, efficient runner. I like the Kinvara quite a bit.
kinvaras are great shoes. not my favorite; but still a great trainer. myfavorites are the nike free run+
Squishy.
intervals on grass!
Very flexible, very squishy. I like them a lot, but find them too flat for every day use for me personally and I don't like how squishy they are.

I dig 'em.
I like them. Switched from the Launch. Are lighter and feel less squishy to me.
Shoes changed my life. Haven't been injured since I made the switch from big heeled heavy trainers to these. I can now train consistently and I'm running better than I ever have before. I wear them for everything except workouts on the grass(XC) and probably won't on the track come Spring. I have no problems running anything from 5 mile runs up to 20+ mile long runs.
i like them. they are a good 2nd, 3rd or 4th shoe to rotate. have done a few long progression runs in them which have gone well. have done intervals in them once and they were a bit too squishy as reported above. good shoe to go sockless in though and strengthen the foot
really like the platform, light weight and cushioning, particularly for forefoot/mid-foot strikers - ideal for fast running. But I find the fairly wide toebox, to be sloppy and ultimately uncomfortable. Specifically, the loose movement at front of shoe leads to uncomfortable pinching/rubbing of the big toes. Despite that, I'd buy the next update based on the positive aspects of the shoe.
I would think cleaning a similar pair of shoes and painting them the same colors would make quite a good impression.
I might get a pair of these. I'm a bit worried about the "sloppy" and loose upper that people report, but the squishyness would be a nice change from my brooks, which seem like they are almost too hard.
How durable are they if you wore them as a regular trainer?
How does the "squishyness" compare to that of the Brooks Launch?
I used to like Saucony until the tongue fell out of my last pair having worn them about 3 times
Just bought a pair here in NYC. I got the new bright orange color. I look forward to trying them when I get back to training in a couple of weeks.

I love them and use them as my everyday day trainer. They definitely have the wide toe box that is common in all sauconys. I get about 700 miles out of each pair. You could push for more if you are a very neutral runner who breaks shoes down evenly.
I don't mind the toebox. For me, the upper fits like a glove. They're the best fitting shoes I've tried in a while.
