I got two stress fractures in my foot last track season. I wore Nike Zoom Mambas. I went down to the 800 and 1500 after I got them and was able to finish out the season. I came back to early in cross and hurt my foot up really good.Im done running till track season. where ill run the 5k and a 10k I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for are what kinda of flats or spikes i should race with this track season.
