Do you measure the "toe" part of the measurement at the ball of the foot (just at the base of the toes) or literall at the tip of the toes. Since running shoes have no effective drop beyong the ball of the foot (the midsole may lose a bit more thickness beyond this, but the toes turn upward) I am assuming you measure at the ball, but I am not sure.
Also, incidentally, do you measure the heel at the very back of the shoe, or under the center of your heel?
