Anyone try to cover the neon with a sharpie or some other marker?
Any tips to cover the neon? I love the shoe. I hate the neon. I feel like a douche with the lime green.

wouldnt spray paint be more effective?
I bought a pair of Nike Frees at a Nike discount store once when they were on sale for about 30 bucks. They were perfectly fine except the ink in the swoosh, for whatever reason, wasn't any good. The red swoosh was badly faded and appeared pink (you could tell around the edges it was supposed to be red). I colored over the pink with a red sharpie and you can't tell a difference. They need a little bit of a touch up every now and then but it works great.
You're a douche for buying Nike shoes.
Who cares about the color if the shoes are comfortable. If you care that much, there is a coral version and a blue version too.
Did this to a pair of tennis-ball green vent+'s, used up a whole sharpie. It did wear off after a while but at least it was a little less obnoxious.
Older guys may remember the old bright HOT PINK Brooks King Conquest race flat at 5.5oz. My roommate made his solid black using a marker. Still didn't make the shoe any better.
