Is he still running? What is his deal?
I haven't heard that name in many years; I assume he called it quits a long time ago. Murad was an extremely talented athlete, ran sub-9 2-miles off of rediculas low milege. He was expected to challenge for the FLNC win his senior year, but he got hurt early in the XC season, tried to come back too quick, which made things worst and he did not get 100% healthy until late into the outdoor season. He ran in that Golden West 2-mile race which was supposed to be a setup for Franklin Sanchez to break the HSR. 90+ degrees and a 4:16 opening mile did that attempt in.
Murad went to a JUCO were he ran some 24s on 8k courses, his teamates were practically all Kenyans with major D1 level talent and they basically ran him into a hold. His H.S. low milege caught up with, I also heard he was homesick and not doing to well gradewise. Transfered to another JUCO, ran a few JUCO level times and hung them up in his early 20s.
There was a post of Dyestat many years ago that said at some point Muard had beaten:
Hall
Dobson
Rohatinski
Sanchez
Torres
Hartman
Webb
Teg
Luchini
Ritz
Lincoln
Slattery
Powell
Sage
Tenforde

Did he go to JUCO or did you?
Oops [Ridicules]
In spite of my spelling woes, I actually have about the best education money can buy. My spelling is not too good to begin with and when you couple that with the fact that I don’t too much care about my spelling on Letsrun...that’s how you get “rediculas”.
Btw, I never understood what the deal is with people who play grammar cop on message boards.
...make things worse, not worst. Understand?
