Bekele's recent 7:28.99 performance gives me hope for Solinsky. After all, he was only 1.42 seconds behind and 1.32 seconds of Vincent Chepkok @ Zurich.
Chepkok ran 7:31.41 in Berlin.
If Solinsky is somewhere between these two in current fitness...then 7:29.999 is a possibility. What better track to do it in than Rieti - home of the 7:20.67 run.
