What is a good lightweight trainer for a mid-foot striker? Right now I am training in these:
But I want some more cushioning in the forefoot. These are a little rough on anything over 6 miles for me, especially if I'm on the road for very many miles. They were great on a 6 mile trail though.
I don't need a lot of support, and would like to keep the weight as low as possible while still having them stand up to 10-15 mile runs.
Any help would be appreciated.
