favorite athlete of all time. To bad he just keeps on getting screwed over. Falling down, injuries. Hopefully he's back to his old self soon.
slightly better than his 13.36 in Heusden a few weeks ago?
Isn't he going for the triathlon in the 2012 Olympics?
looked very smooth during the 3K. If he beats Collis in Sweden (5K DL) and runs a qualifier or significantly better, either the Saint or McNeill could end up sad boys for Delhi.

Should Buster join Alberto, Webb, Rupp and Ritz?
Highly unlikely I'm sure, but hey what a group.

I would think a 7:50 is probably worth closer to 13:24-13:27 for someone with his 5K strength.
Anyone have a link to the tables that give equivalents? I've never know where they are.
"big balls" to "sucks balls"

He can't now that he runs for Adidas.
16 year old Charlie Grice follows up his 3:48.70 with a 3:48.77 - impressive.
1:50.61 for 800m this year too.
Talent.

Wow. British? Australian?
He seems like he is in a good place. He has lost a bit of his "attitude " since his comeback. I like the new buester.
Wish him the best

Ireland's Mark English beat Charlie Grice to the gold at the European Youth Olympic Trials back in May. He's a 1:49.71 800 guy and will be moving up to the 1500 in the future.
14 year old Jessica Judd runs 4:17.44. That's amazing!
