Watching live on the BBC:

Not sure if those in the US can watch it.
Prelims of 100m
Tyson Gay 9.96
Asafa Powell 10.11 both into headwinds.

Gateshead is a shit venue, there is nearly always a huge headwind.
The site does not work in U.S.
Any other sites that might work?
Universal sports Starts at 12.30 EST

Why don't they just run it in the opposite direction?
Getting a UK VPN is the way to go and is what British ex pats do.

A monkey can sign up and follow the directions. You pay £5 which is $7.50 a month and can watch everything live on the BBC if you're out of the country. Great for sports, but also other shows.
The BBC streams everything and has the iplayer for on demand.

That means you missed the 100m heats. The BBC coverage showed them.

dude yea wthhhell. I see on the universal sports website u can purchase the meet for 1.99 but i definitely don't wanna put my cred card on there and what not. Why are they showing irrelevant giro de italia footage when gateshead is going down??
Manzano took second in the 1500m, an eyelash in front of Choge. Great race for him.
Manzano Almost Beat Kiprop in the 1500!
56, 1:54, 2:52 and coming down the final straight were 5 guys together with Kiprop in the lead.
He started to pull away and Manzano just kept sprinting furiously and at the end was gaining on Kiprop but Kiprop just held him off.
3:32?
3:33:34 for Kiprop
3:33.51 for Manzano and Choge.
I was rooting for Leo so much I didn't even see Choge. Choge was given 2nd, Manzano 3rd with same time.
3:33.51 for a tie of 2nd with choge. nice finish after getting pushed around with 300m to go

Just mindlessly give your money away, your assets and your labor, for information that should be free on the net.
This video feed for universal is terrible. Have all the diamond league meets had such terrible quality?
