Any reasons why my feet hurt when I try to use a shoe with less support? I've tried the Asics Hyperspeed 3 (10K or less) and the Brooks Launch. Both have mushy soles, but the Brooks seems like it has enough cushioning. I'm naturally not light being 6'7 200lbs, but I think I'm "fairly" efficient for my size with a recent 36 minute 10K and 2:55 marathon.
Do I always need more shoes, Brooks Ghost 2, Glycerin because of my size?
