Currently running in Mizuno Elixirs, I'm considering trying out the Mushas or Adizero Manas for speedwork and shorter races. Does anyone have experience with both of these shoes? How do they compare?

I actually have experience with both of the shoes and preferred the Mushas. I had problems with my feet getting sore especially after longer sessions in the Mana but the Mushas feel great for just about any distance, haven't gone longer that around a ten mile tempo in them but I love them so far.
I like the Mushas, loved last year's Manas, and don't like this year's Manas (much too clunky).
When you say clunky, is it an issue with the fit around the ankle or the firmness of the shoe?
I feel like the midsole is very inflexible. At least I think that's what's making the ride feel so much less smooth than last year's model.
I also really liked the forefoot post in last year's Mana. It provided a bit of reinforcement in the area where I tend to crush down the midsole the most. That's gone again this year's model though.
