As a fellow 36-year old like Magdalena, I have to concur. For me, it's a struggle to run 30 minutes a few times a week.
And her she is in her 11th marathon of her career setting a nearly 4 minute PB. She has inspired me to....
not make a comeback but maybe dream of running an hour 5 days a week.

Rojo are you injured? Why so little running?
This makes her #4 on the all-time U.S. list
Last year I was excited watching the results of Magdalena; however, in 2010 she's gone to another level and its wonderful to witness. CONGRATULATIONS Magdalena I look forward to the rest of 2010 and your push to 2012, I know there will be plenty more personal best along the way, job well done!!!!
Poland born!
Poland born...but now an AMERICAN CITIZEN!!!!! Congrats Mag
She quit her job, that's why she's running great.

I think he wrote a book or two about it.
I met Magdalena at the 2008 New York City Marathon Expo, she was wonderful and she did a nice interview with me last year. Though she has added some stellar performances since then, you may enjoy what at the time was an in-depth look at her running career. http://www.garycohenrunning.com/Interviews/LewyBoulet.aspx

Sure and since training an athlete is as simple as taking a formula out of a book then why do we need coaches? do you need a cookie cutter for your cookies?

If I'm making star shaped cookies I use a star shaped cookie cutter. What do you use?
US has to stop being proud of these 'outsiders" elite marathoners....THEY ARE NOT AMERICANS!!!
226.....
7 minutes behind the AR
10+ minutes behind the WR
the depth is pathetic at the womens marathon
Magdalena, hell of a run and I'm always happy to see americans set PR's, but nothing to get excited about
