Where do I look online? I cannot seem to find anyone with a decent selection or description.
I have normal arches and wear a neutral shoe. I would like to start running in a less built shoe for some of my easy runs.
Any suggestions?

Where are you looking to rent a flat? I would suggest meeting with a real estate agent that is familiar with the area you want to find a flat in and work with them. The key is knowledge of the area and typical rents in the desired area. Good Luck!
Personally, I really like the new Brooks Green Silence. I think it's the perfect transitional shoe, and might be a good marathon shoe for most people. It's a straight last too (not curved), wide in the forefoot, nice flexibility, and very little heel-to-toe drop (not noticeable). However, I'd recommend trying them on first, since they run big and a bit wide. The lacing is different too, but I've had no problems.

I will look into them, thank you. How would I have found them? Do I just look on the various company sites? I never feel like they have a complete list of their products.
Eastbay advertises on this very site, and usually has a coupon code. They have a great selection.
Mizuno Wave Universe 3.
They're under the "Competition" section of brooksrunning.com . I'd recommend trying them on cause they don't fit true to size. The Brooks Launch has gotten rave reviews (lightweight trainer), but I think the Green Silence is even better (more flexible, lighter, feels more like a hybrid between a true flat and a trainer). I've been wearing them as an easy run shoe and wearing the Brooks T6s for main sessions.
