You would have to TRY to injure yourself at only 30 mpw. I bet you could do 30 miles per week in timberlands and be ok.

i would add a decent orthotic..... prolly a pretty good shoe.
Those look fine. Make sure you transition properly from more overbuilt shoes. They will feel similar to racing flats- I recommend you stay more on natural surfaces, at least at first.
