I'm having sore Achilles tendons. I don't think it's tendonitis yet, since there's no morning stiffness or pain, and there's no creaking or visible bumps on the tendon either.
Should I be running in a high heel shoe that pretty much keeps the achilles rested but shortens it, or should I run in a lower heeled shoes as some people on here have suggested? I've already eliminated all hill running, and I've significantly cut back on mileage.
