Penn State has an amazing 800m team this year obviously, especially after the Husky Invitational performances. Their top 4 runners:
Ryan Foster 1:47.32
Owen Dawson 1:47.77
Casimir Loxsom 1:47.98
Lionel Williams 1:50.15
This combines to a 4x800m relay of 7:13.22, which would actually eclipse the indoor world record of 7:13.94 set in 2000

It's unfortunate they won't get an opportunity to run this relay indoors, I'm assuming. In decent conditions, they should have no problem breaking their own Penn Relays record (7:11.17, 1985), and the collegiate record (7:08.96, Arizona State, 1984) could be challenged by them on an outdoor track. How low can this squad go? Is 7:05 within reach?
