Do you run sans socks and watch on every run and at every race?
I have started doing this.
It really turns the whole endeavor of running into something far different, almost existential.

I find that today's shoes require socks, alas.
Going without a watch, too, IS interesting, you almost feel lighter and the run IS different for sure.
Socks yes, watch...sometimes.
Why didn't you just say "without," you d!ck
rarely with socks, always with a watch. i tried running without a watch and found it very frustrating.
i use copious amounts of bodyglide on my feet in lieu of socks. BG runs $5-8 a stick and lasts several runs, a decent pair of running socks go for $8-10/pair and need to be washed and dried and folded on a regular basis. was a simple choice for me.
I bet everyone's tried without sox at some point. Like most I get blisters every time. Watch? Almost never.
Easy runs i'll wear socks, no watch.
Workout watch, no socks.
Race no socks, no watch
I haven't worn socks on a run in at least 8 years. No blisters. For me, it's just way more comfortable.
I always wear a watch. Most of my runs are by time, and later I figure out what the distance was.
Blisters on one heel so socks it is. Watch - varies.
you fold your socks?
