Is it OK to wear College Singlet in a Road Race if you're an ALUM? Is it proper ettiquette (e.g. Does it show disrespect to your school?) Thanks

As long as you run fast.
YOLO
if you want to live in the past, go for it...
well it's a well fitting Nike SINGLET with college name on it, looks good, and I graduated from this D2 school roughly 2-3 years ago
Only other option is a Brooks brand singlet I have.

Who the hell is gonna stop you? Don't ask us...
Just don't tank the race.
as long as you win motherf***er
No, it is not. You're not racing for, or representing, the school. Therefore, you don't wear the singlet.
did you wear your h.s. letter jacket in college?
You mean like Alberto Salazar when he won the 1980 NYCM in his Oregon jersey?
Salazar was still attending Oregon at the time, wasn't he?
You could stitch "Alum" underneath the school name.
It wasn't a jersey, moron, it was a singlet. And yes, he was still an Oregon student at the time.

"Singlet" is not the only acceptable term, mensa. The terms "vest", and "jersey" are also used to describe the sleeveless shirt in which to race.
Your knowledge of T&F is astounding!
I would think to 80% of the people in the road race wouldn't mind and they would think "Oh, he's good." Even if you tanked a road race you'd do good comparatively. But the elite people there...would think you're just a douche.
Personally I wouldn't do it if I didn't attend the uni any more.
who cares what these jackasses think. wear your college singlet. i did it at a road race while in college and no one said anything. why would it be any different if you're post-collegiate?

Surprised it fits you since it was clearly made for a baby.

a. Who cares what the brands are? Is that relevant?
b. You graduated roughly 2-3 years ago? I guess D2 would be obvious if you have to estimate.
