I was just wondering if anyone has run in the Mizuno Wave Alchemy 8's or Asics Gel foundation 8s and could tell me if they liked them? I have a very low arch and overpronate.

is money an issue?
nope..just looking for the better shoe
Both Mizuno and Asics are great shoes. I always choose the Mizuno if I have extra money but go with the Asics when I'm low on dough. Never a problem.
alchemy is lighter and more responsive than the asics.
the alchemy feels more like a running shoe in comparison. foundation feels clunkier.
the mizuno will also last you about 100 miles less than the asics. the waveplate in mizunos is not very durable at all.
has anyone had Nike zoom victory trainers?
or nike pegasus?
if so how many miles did you get out of them?
Between the two, go with mizuno. the foundation is an odd shape and is not comfortable at all.
you should really try the adrenaline though. it's by far the best.
try them on and decide for yourself
