Live feed?
bump...
got to be one. but haven't found it yet. anyone??
I was hoping it would be on TV since I live in a NY suburb. As a kid I remember it always being on, but maybe it was tape delayed a day or so? I can't find it on any stations.
I was really hoping for a live feed.
If you live in a suburb of NY why not hop on a train and see it first hand?
That was the plan, but something came up.
Rowbury wins in 4:22 -- outsprinting other two.
so no live feed?
Andy Baddeley runs down Lalang for the win holding off Lagat in the 5th Ave Mile -- about 3:51

Because it's a pretty bad spectator event. From my experience, the finish is tough to see without special access, so you have to muscle your way to a spot in the front row to see anything less than a pack whipping by you once.
I was jogging back down to the finish line on the sidewalk during the elite race a few years ago and able to get a good view of the runners for a quarter mile or so just by picking up the pace a bit. There aren't that many people out there except near the finish.
Results/
1 -Andy Baddeley
2 -Boaz Lalang
3 -Manzano
4 -Bernard Lagat
Is this some kind of back alley operation or what? Where are the results?
What results do you want? You have the first 4
Any idea where Teg finished?

Timing nightmare today. Don't know about the elites, the non-elite results posted at the finish were all wrong. At first I thought my time was missing, later found it further down about one minute slower. The problem existed in various heats affecting many runners.
How did Leer do?
I live in Brooklyn and decided to check it out today. So glad I did. What a great experience. You can get very close to the finish line of what's a interesting type of road race.
Ryan Hall was walking by us at about 500m from the finish to get toward the finish line before the start of the women's race. Said hello and wished him luck in November. Nice enough guy.
Nate Brannen was chilling by himself near the awards stand during the awards ceremony. Nice enough.
Gave congrats to Teg as he came out of the athlete's tent as we were leaving. He was with some girl was was very pretty---well done, Teg.
Rowbury couldn't have been nicer, either.
Great event for the city. Awesome talent. And it's nice to be able to congratulate---and hopefully encourage---them in person in a beautiful setting on a gorgeous day.
