Last year I raced HS cross-country in a pair of Nike Zoom Waffle XC's. I probably put around 50 miles or so on them, almost entirely on grass and trails. Are they good for another season (14 races planned this year), or is it time to replace them? Is there any benefit to buying a new pair?
I'll definitely at least be buying new spikes, since the old ones are worn down a good bit.
