I get this odd pain inside my knee. Ill run and it will be painless while im running. As soon as i stop and start walking my knee will feel stiff and hurt if I completly extend it (slightly hyperextended). If i start running again, it will not hurt at all. The wierd part is that if i stop and strech my quad for even a few seconds the pain will completely go away. I think i might have a tight quad that is pulling my knee in funky ways. Can anyone confim this?, or am i crazy? Im doing about 30 miles a week and im 20 YO male. Its not ITB pain for sure, ive had that before. The only other time it ever even bothers me is when i sit cross legged for a long time, and then its just slightly stiff. Any input would be great. Thanks
