I haven't run in 12 weeks. Do I have enough time from February 1st until May 1st to get in enough mileage and work to PR in the 5k? Considering I will be building really slowly, i.e. 10 miles a week to start out then go from there?

What is your current 5K PR?
How long ago did you set this?
How old are you?
What sort of training/workouts did you do leading up to the PR?
What sort of committment are you willing to make now?
How many years have you been running?
Think about some of these things and you will probably know the answer for yourself.
No scholarship limits anymore! (NCAA Track and Field inequality is going to get way worse, right?)
