1) I only run 6 days a week. Is taking a day off going to make the program pointless?
2) Which day would be the best? (I was thinking one of the longer, slow days....maybe a 10-miler.)
3) Do Lydiard folks really train for 6-months without races? In other words, if I were training for spring races and did my base in the fall, would all XC races and Longer road runs be out?
I've got others, but, it's too early to think.
