What Nike trainers have you tried? Is every shoe that doesn't fit you the way you like pathetic?
all nike trainers are made out of recycled shoes which causes there life span to be 150-200 miles less than an asics trainer. Although their spikes are proven to make one run .03 of a second faster per 400
asics makes better shoes than nike.
Yawn. Really.
The concept of X miles for a given shoe is complete bullshit.
did you hear the rams won the super bowl
Their spikes aren't all that great, either.
It doesn't matter what shoe you wear, you're still going to have injuries. Ever has been, ever will be.
Their spikes are overrated. Some of their new shit is like having a styrofoam cup smashed under your foot
Nike training flats are pretty bad. They look good and are good to walk around in and are fashionable. Put in the miles and they break down easily. For field event athletes and sprinters, they also breakdown easily during fall training with plyometric training.
Asics makes the best running/training flats, they last much longer, but their spikes are not that good and they have a very limited selection.
Nike spikes are ok. Again most look at them as a fashion statement. Adidas makes good spikes and trainers, along with good apparel/gear. Overall I like Adidas.
Nike frees are awesome!!
i train in some nike flats. i dunno the model. starts with an "L" ends with "racer" they work out well for me.
as for spikes, i can't imagine a better mid-distance spike than milers.
The most mileage I ever got out of a shoe was when I wore the Hayward 3's last summer. Rotating between 2 pairs I got about 650 miles out of each.
