I have been running on avg. 80 + miles per week since Oct, I have noticed some aches with my knees, I have had a hx of chondromalacia and patellar tendonitis. My hamstrings ache a lot. I am doing strict mileage, easy to decent pace with 1 hard workout a week, usually a 3 mile tempo with some 200's up to 800's afterwards. Does anyone else ache as well?
