After a 5k about a month ago I felt a slight disturbance in my upper left quad inner groin area. Thinking it wasn't much, I continued running and such, but it never got any better. The pain was still not even close to making me not able to run so I continued. I noticed on days speed work was on, it did hurt a little more so I iced it. Realizing that if I do continue, I'll probably ruin my outdoor season, I started taking a week off and got an Xray done of it. From those readings, there is nothing wrong with my bones or joints. I have noticed whenever I lay on the ground and push the left knee towards the right, the pain in the area grows. I can also feel it more when I touch my toes. So if you have any suggestion on what it might be, imput is greatly appreciatted
