My apologies in advanced because I know these questions have been asked here quite a bit.
I am currently recovering from a stress fracture on my left tibia...and have just started to do a walk/run type program these past 3 weeks. I currently am running with underarmour neutral running shoes...
I looking at my boots it seems that I supinate alot, but I have yet to had a gait analysis done yet.
I have read that Mizuno Creations are good for high arched neutral runners, and I have read that Sacouny triumphs are good for supinators with med-arches...
Is there a running shoe that is made for supination and high arches...the last thing I need is to get hurt again....I am in the Army and I need a shoe that when I start pushing my self as hard as I would like to again, the shoe will not cause me to be injured...
Thank you guys..
