I've been fighting a case of achilles tendonitis, and right now I'm just resting it and taking anti-inflammatories. I've done some pool workouts, but I'm starting to wonder if these are hindering the healing process at all. I usually do some combination of aquajogging and freestyle. It seems like in both activities you flex your achilles repeatedly. Could this stress it enough to interfere with the healing process, or am I just being paranoid? THe most important thing is for me to kick the tendonitis ASAP.
