David Lee Roth used to do some running, not sure about now.
Alice Cooper and Peter Garrett (Midnight Oil) were both decent milers at one time.
Believe it or not the late, great Joe Strummer ran the Paris Marathon in 81 or 82. I don't think he was a runner though.

CC Deville of Poison has been running and working out for the past 7-8 years at least to help him lost weight and end up getting a case of the dead ...
Mike Lutz, Brownsville Station (Smoking in the Boys Room) lives, runs, records, plays and teaches guitar in Ann Arbor.
He isnt a 'Rocker' but Dana Carvey was decent.
A David Letterman band member on electric guitar? The one that always run's stationary while playing, ran many marathons.
Mike Malinin of the Goo Goo Dolls. Don't know that he meets the definition of a "rocker" but he is obviously a pretty serious runner.
Springsteen also works out even after his "pumped up" mid 80's days.
Maynard James Keenan, lead singer for Tool and A Perfect Circle, was a D-1 cross country runner for Army.
Dexter Holland, vocalist for The Offspring, was an accomplished cross country runner in high school and still supposedly trains.
Peter Garrett from Midnight Oil ran something in the range of 3:51 for 1,500.
I know there are more, but I can't think of them now.
