I need some opinions on these things. I have been having some nagging injuries on my lower legs recently. I am coming off of a stress fracture on my tibia in the spring, and right now, I'm doing about 55mpw and climbing steadily and I'm having some shin/calf pain and fatigue on both legs. I have good stability shoes to compensate for my mechanical issues. I just don't think my lower legs recover very fast, and consequently, have been giving me trouble ever since I have been picking up my training to the next level.
Have any of you guys used these? Do they help you recover better? I am not interested in running with them, as I have ran with them before and I think they are uncomfortable but I would wear after runs if they imporve recovery. If so, which ones do you recommend?
