So i've been increasing my mileage this summer and a month or so ago ran into some ankle soreness. Now my ankle is giving me more problems again, but this time its' a little different. The pain has spread to the achilles area, and I feel pain in my arch in the mornings. The pain seems to go away mostly during the day, and as I do various achilles stretches.
I've never had any chronic injury problems before and have already taken much time off this summer. Does anyone have ideas as to what the hell I have?? The beginnings of plantar fascitis? thanks.
