I wear a 12.5 in my trainers and flats, and I wear a 12.5 in the Lunar Racer.
Don't go with the 11. With the upper material being the way it is a lot of extra room would fit like a big floppy sock.
The Lunaracers fit just a little bit on the small side. I normally go with 10.5 in trainers and 10 in flats, but I had to stick with 10.5 in the Lunaracers.
I would probably go 10.5.
