I didn't see a thread about this so I thought I'd start one. Forgive me if it's already out there...
What time do you think Ritz will run at London, and what place will he be?

DNF - SF
2:06.53
2:06:16, 4th place. Ritz owns Hall.
Sub 2:09, but not sub 2:07.
2:05:57
His workouts on flotrack were extremely solid, hes trained better for this marathon than any in the past.
personal best of 2:09.49 - 13th place
I'll go with 2:07:20
DNF. Even when he's not injured he's hurt.
2:08 if he runs smart.
I'll guess 2:08:28 for 8th on Ritz.
Hey, what about Abi, when is he doing another marathon. he showed alot of promise a couple years ago at Chicago.

He's for sure in 2:07 shape, if not faster, but, it's a matter of whether or not he can execute without blowing up. I'll put him in the mid-high 2:07 range, which would be a breakout for him obviously.
2.07.55
With good weather and pacing.
Bedford organising pacers to go to 20 at wr pace!
2:07.599999999 7th place........bank on it!
2:09:12
2:07:23 A pretty solid performance should be headed in his direction
2:06:03 to own Hall and set up a fall marathon where they race head to head, which isn't going to happen.
Wow most of you are more optimistic than I am even.
2:08:53.
Um, guys...... he's a 27:3x 10k guy and a 13:1x 5k guy who gets hurt alot. Since when did he get this sudden ability to run 2:07 or better?
He'll run 2:08 and that will be a very good performance.
Salazar was a 27:30ish 10k and 13:15ish 5k guy and he ran 2:08/2:09. Ritz would be doing pretty well to do the same.
It time for him to stop having "great potential" and start running some great performances. His Olympic Games was a step in the right direction.
And Ryan Hall has never even broken 28:00... so shy are you comparing Ritz to Salazar?
