Luna trainer-350
Zoom start 2009-350
Nike Shox, 800 miles and counting.
300
Depends on the shoe, but for most I get 350-400 miles before replacement.
300 and then I might put a few more soft surface runs on them
300 - 400
400.
Too many miles may result in shin splints or stress fractures:

Well after todays recovery run, its at 460 miles. Also, for the first time in 400 miles I have a really sore left Achilles.
Thanx for your advice guys, I'll be replacing my running shoes tomorrow and retiring the old pair to general use.
Saucony Omni Grid Pro 7, Moderate ... ?
1600 miles - original NB trails
They changed the design and I've not worn NB since then.
2500 on Brooks Adrenaline (twice).
370 on Nike Free before upper fell off.
Other than that I've never kept track.
300. Usually slightly less (250?) for racing flats.

This is true for me - from time to time, the upper is tore before 400 miles on Nike Free - otherwise, it will be around 600 miles.
For racing flat, I normally put about 300 miles before retire them. But, I have a pair of H-street that I have put 1000 miles and it is still going strong - I only use it once per week or so though.
I got about 630 miles on a pair of Glycerin 5s some time ago. A friend of mine was getting 750-800 on Radiuses.
450ish on trainers. They feel a bit different around 400, thats when I tend to use them only for short runs.
Flats around 350 miles.
