Porsche and Adidas have announced their new 'running' shoe. Looks pretty ridiculous, like a second coming of the Shox or something.

who's next? gucci? victorinox? lamborghini? pppppsh!
People have been dumb enough to buy the Nike gimmicks, why not Adidas. I guess the computer chip shoe didn't quite cut it.
There's never a shortage of stupid consumers, especially in America.
I tried them on at our local adidas outlet, just for kicks. They were $220 and hurt my feet.

don't ever underestimate the thirst of the hiphop culture.
Why didn't they just call it the Cayenne?
Shit, it's a departure from their core product, it's big and ugly and is getting shit-canned by so-called purists.
It's a Cayenne.
Whose biomechanics were these shoes made to enhance? I don't know anyone who "heels off" at the end of their stride...
Wouldn't these be heavy enough to outweigh the benefits of those metal springs?
There are just too many questions...
porsche design is a separate entity from the automotive brand

I would def. wear a Victorinox running shoe. I hate that I can't run with a knife. With a Victorinox running shoe I could run with a knife. Also, I could have: scissors, bottle opener, multiple screwdrivers, mini-pliers, wire cutter, pen, magnifying glass, a smaller knife, an awl, a wood chisel, a fish scaler and hook remover, an awl, a hook, a corkscrew, tweezers, and a toothpick.

Like the suspension of a sports car, Bounce:S hugs the pavement, enhancing your feel of the road. When the lever arms are in action, they transfer the vertical impact of your stride into forward propulsion. Whereas traditional shoes drain your energy with thick, dense foam, the Bounce:S suspension system returns more of your energy for a smooth, stable ride.
Right......
Didn't Spyra or someone try the springs and the shoe got banned. Nice "new" gimmick.
