Nate is one tough SOB. But he is also stubborn as hell. Ran 134 miles that week with a sore hip, thinks it will get better by self massage etc., He will be one messed up dude when it's all said and done.

Aussie Quarters is just Rob De Castella's Quarters Session. 8x400m with a quick 200m jog rest before each rep so that you run 4800m total with rest.
