Good strong run from Baddeley in Melbourne. Should set him up for a good summer. sub 3.32?

I see Ryan Gregson ran 13:56 in the same race
more impresseive perhapsw from the Birmingham dude.
Baddeley has sub 3.50 for the mile.

Fernandez will destroy him. 13:56 is equal to a 3:44/4:01. This might show that he is more speed oriented. This is slower (I'm pretty sure)than Puskedra and Derrick both ran and they're not even being mentioned in the same sentence.
i'd say so. he's running like webb use to run, fast 5k's in the spring. and baddeley ran 3:49 last year. i think baddeley should definitely be able to go sub 3:32 this year, and hopefully put himself in contention for a world champ medal at 1500m. even though its still pretty far away, i'd put willis, baddeley, lagat, ramzi, kiprop, and haron keitany in the final if money was on it.

Which leads to the inevitable question...
Whos had a better start to the year, Andy or Aaron?
http://sports.espn.go.com/golf/players/results?playerId=16(Obviously Andy has had the better start, I just always get the two confused)
great run.
Although he was smashed by Birmingham, Baddeley should be pleased as he has never run a fast 5,000 before. Not bad for a miler.
German Fernandez would be a full 200 meters ahead of Gregson over 5000m!
What happened to Aish?

GF is good, but so is Greyson...you don't need a negative to prove a positive.
Greggo is 6 weeks into training, what are you muppets up to? A definite lack of base is there for the 5kms. His 1500m was killer, probably shows more speed based. Im sure a 13.30 run would be in him once hes back rolling.
Birmingham is a savage.
Everest (OZ JUNIOR) was 13.49 also.
Oh and Aish just pace maked.
few people reading this outside Australia will realise just how good Birminghams race was, he had pace to 2km, then solo'ed it into a staunch wind.
He will go 13.05 in europe. With Ease.
27.30 also.
I was wondering about the wind. The sprints were seriously affected. Obviously Birmingham and Baddeley are extremely fit.

TrackCoach, why do you insist on writing "Greyson" when the young man's last name is GREGSON? G, not Y. You've done it at least three times on several threads, now. At first I thought you just made a typo, but get it right. Getting names right is important in my opinion, it shows respect for the person.

Whatever are you babbling on about?
They're both obviously very good runners, no doubt about that but GF has shown that he is one another level then his peers who are also 18-19 years old (not that this even needs to eb said again). Just sayin... Nothing negative was said about Gregson. Get over yourself.
