Subject line pretty much says it all. I think I may have done this a few weeks ago. I had really bad pain in my arch after I ran in DS Trainer 13s. I used to always wear shoes meant for mild overpronators, but in the past few months have used neutral shoes and they feel much more comfortable to me. I occasionally mixed in the DSTs mostly because I had them and they weren't worn out yet.
On a side note, how many miles do you guys get out of DST 13s? Mine have ~320 miles on them and I wonder if they might just be worn out and that's what caused the pain. For reference I got ~550 miles on the Nimbus and didn't really think they were worn out but retired them anyway just to be safe.
