While I agree with the whole minimalist movement, for my runs on pavement/sidewalks I need a real training shoe.
I used to train in Nike Katana Rac3r IIIs, and now I am doing most of my runs in the Adidas Adizero Adios.
While I love both of those shoes, I think the reason I got my initial injury (stress fracture) was running in minimal shoes on pavement.
What trainers should I get? I pronate slightly and I am pretty light. 5'8 135.
